Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 11:06PM Hello! Took a little breather from blogging as we have big plans for our house! We have been busy packing, cleaning and purging for a little remodeling. We are all done purging (for the most part). Now we are in the process of tearing down walls to make the whole kitchen/dining/living area into one open entertaining space. Everything is so exciting and so odd at the same time. It is thrilling to be able to see more and more of your vision everyday, but it is so strange to see your own house getting ripped apart. So, as I go through changes in my home life, I notice that I tend to get more and more homesick for Asia. I've been roaming through more Asian streetstyle fashion blogs and online stores lately. I tend to do it when I get homesick. I came across a Korean site called "Bread and Butter" that had a darling and whimsical look. They pair fun sunnies with beautiful braided hair with flowers. They have a well balance of soft feminine pieces and urban silhouettes. They photograph both with cityscapes and also with forest greens. There is an new and fun element in every piece, but nothing is too drastic or extreme.
Much to the husband's dismay, I have rekindled my fondness of Korean dramas once again and maybe that has led me to browse for more Korean streetstyle. My latest obsession is The People Purple. Amazing.

Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 9:22PM Handsom is an Australian brand founded in 2009 by British couple Sam Rush and Henry Allum. They work to create beautiful, versatile and timeless clothing in their collections.
Their Autumn/Winter 2013 colection is full of pieces that I covet. The tri-tone Chambray shirt and its details on the sleeves and the cuffs are amazing. The cashmere wool blend sweater features an argyle inspired jacquard front panel. The deep rich navy backpack and the plaid lined jacket are also on my wishlist.

Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 10:02PM Previously I had posted about the Korean brand pushBUTTON's Spring/Summer 2012 collection, and the Spring/Summer 2013 is equally intriguing. The flowy silhouettes and the lace & polka dot details are all wonderful. I especially love the exaggerated orange drop waist swing dress.
This reminds me that I started watching The Queen and I a while back and never finished. Time to catch up on some Korean drama.
